General Info

The purpose of this thread is to serve as a complementary to the Ninja Ranks thread, and it contains limitations for each rank. The limitations in question deal with techniques, weapons, and familiars as well as the overall number that you can have for each. While this is for the sake of balance within the site, the standard is loose give or take. This is because it reflects only the average and not the exception, so there is a possibility that your character can circumvent the standard. However, such exceptions will be few as they are in the actual Naruverse.
