In the current era, as the villages and their shinobi’s renown expanded, so too did the likes of their bravado. Although the world hasn’t yet seen war, missions are steadily more and more brutal. Tensions between the nation's because of these missions are also growing with older more experienced ninja liking it to the time right before the First ever Shinobi World War. On top of this, rumors of minor nations holding grudges against the major nations are abounding. While the five major nations haven’t confirmed these rumors, during the second war the fighting largely took place within the minor nations, although troubling none of the major nations seem too worried about this news. As of right now, things are fairly normal, how long this will last? Well, no one really knows.

War Games

In this time of peace the villages, both minor and major felt as if it was time to show that old enemies could become new friends. To this end the major nations decided to hold a war game like tournament between all the villages. The Tournament is to be held in neutral territory and been done in several rounds based on the number of villages that decide to participate. As a gesture of friendship and good faith the leader of each village that participates is allowed to enter as well. Not much is known about what will take place or the reward for winning but for those who want to flex their might for the world to see this is the perfect oppurtunity.
