Tensions between the nation's because of these missions are also growing with older more experienced ninja liking it to the time right before the First ever Shinobi World War. On top of this, rumors of minor nations holding grudges against the major nations are abounding. While the five major nations haven’t confirmed these rumors, during the second war the fighting largely took place within the minor nations, although troubling none of the major nations seem too worried about this news.
