Appearance
Judging by ones appearance, it would be pretty hard for Lady Sayuri to go unnoticed throughout Iwagakure. Not only because she reigns as the current Kage of the village, but because of her immense beauty. Sayuri's main cause for standing out in the village are her exotic features that she wears to perfection. Like most in the village, Sayuri flaunts a beautiful rocky mountain tan across the expanse of her fair colored skin, which only accents her natural beauty tenfold. Sayuri's short blond hair trails just down to the base of her neck and has noticeable curls throughout. Her eyes are a beautiful chocolate brown in color and are as piercing as the tip of a sword though can change at the drop of a dime into the same look a loving parent could give though it's rarely seen unless thoroughly pleased. Another noticeable feature are Sayuri's usually stern facial expression that has become signature to her persona.
As for her clothing, Sayuri typically can be seen in her Kage robes when on official business. But when she prefers comfort, Sayuri can be found wearing a simple, short-sleeved, red shirt kimono with mesh armour underneath and held closed by a black sash. This casual attire included brown pants. Sayuri stands tall at 169.1 cm even and weighs in at an even 48.9 kg, her frame is of an athletic build due to the strict regimen of training that she puts herself through as well as intensive dietary restrictions she’s limited herself of as further discipline.

PERSONALITY
Momo is first and foremost a very headstrong individual that rarely hesitates to say what is on her mind, which usually makes her come off as very impolite especially to her elders. She has a tendency to be quite rash in her actions which have often landed her into trouble in the past, though has also gotten her out of some pretty tight situations as well. Being the host of the 4 tails, her rash decision making has caused her seniors a ton of grief in her youth and even still gives them cause to worry in her adulthood, often cautioning her against making hasty decisions without thinking things through.
Momo has an intense willpower that often finds itself being exercised when she and her comrades find themselves in trying times. As a Jinchuriki, Momo knows discrimination but has earned her respect by demonstrating her determination to succeed. When she sets her mind to a goal, Momo refuses to be told that her goal cannot be achieved and is willing to exhaust every reasonable option to see her goal accomplished. People often find themselves drawn to Momo due to her infectious confidence. Despite her sternness, Momo has a way with words that seems to inspire her comrades to want to perform to the best of their ability when in her presence.

HISTORY

Her mother and father had fought valiantly side by side for many years which saw the two of their relationship to blossom into something akin to love after the fallout of the war. The two would start a family during peace times and would see the birth of their daughter Sayuri as she came screaming into the world with her head of blonde hair. Even as an infant her mother could tell that she possessed a strong spirit that she inherited from her and would say that such a spirit would guarantee her success and power in the future.
It was her father's decision to enroll Sayuri into the academy at the age of five worried that this age of peace wouldn't last always and he'd be damned if his daughter weren't trained and prepared should things change once more. Sayuri wasn't very friendly when it came to conversing with her fellow classmates, she was here to learn and retain as much as she could in order to be the best kunoichi she could be for the village. Not to mention that those who were closer to the top of the class almost guaranteed a longer lifespan out in the field. Her father would accept no less than the best, and she wanted it just as bad as he did to be better than anyone else around her. Sayuri would study relentlessly to hone and perfect her craft as a ninja, from throwing and wielding shuriken and kunai to light sparring sessions with her father and even basic chakra control lessons from both of her parents. Her mother would even give her basic understanding of sealing techniques as was customary among the Uzumaki clan.
Sayuri would graduate after another year at the academy making her 7 years of age, and would spend the next 3 years doing mundane missions around the village. The highlight of which would usually bring her back to the academy to help teach the newer class of students get the hang of the most basic of skills that a shinobi needed to know.
Her first mission outside of Iwa was to help settle one of many skirmishes going on around the same time. Her genin team was sent out to the land of grass that was in revolt, while others were sent out to Ame. The Tsuchikage would announce to his people that these minor nations were nothing more than these lands throwing a temper tantrum and that he expect very little loss on the part of Iwa due to their ninja not having the same pedigree as Iwa natives and wouldn't be a big problem. While her team was under the impression they would be deployed on their mission for no longer than a few weeks, the issue would last for a couple months before they were involved in an actual war. During their time in Kusa, they were met by the forces of other major nation ninja, particularly from Suna which the Tsuchikage would not take kindly to.
Optional, however, if not written out your ninja will have lived the run of the mill life where nothing of interest happened to them and because of this they will start with no SA's and have to earn all SA"s and recognition ICly. If written out the length depends on the rank of the character and how well you write. Honestly, you can have an A ranked shinobi with one paragraph of history he will just be a pretty awful A ranked shinobi as staff will accept him this way but nerf his specs SA's and jutsu to start with to mirror the amount of effort that was put into the history that was written out. That being said if you want to half-ass a history just don't write one it will save you and the staff from wasting their time. Also, staff will never just edit your character without your permission we would tell you how we want the character nerfed and it will be up to you to make the changes or try harder with history or delete the history altogether.

Sayuri holds a great talent when it comes to her skills with ninjutsu. She can use two of the five elemental natures: Earth and Fire, to which she has an almost expert knowledge on the capabilities of both elements. She boasts a masterful control over her chakra, which allows her to perform a jutsu with maximum efficiency without wasting much chakra. She is also able to walk across surfaces such as water and even stick to surfaces such as ceilings or trees. In contrast due to having focused primarily on controlling her chakra output, Koharu has an average chakra pool when compared to other jonin. Sayuri also has a vast knowledge of fuinjutsu in both the method of use and application of them allowing for her to both store and summon objects from things such as scrolls. .
