Although a universal summoning meaning that any ninja from any village could sign this contract it is quite difficult to sign. Because of the lack of an actual scroll to sign there is nothing to find and sign that can be held by a person. Instead the only way to become contracted to the snakes of Ryuchi Cave would be to get the summoning seal tattooed on somewhere on the body (usually on the users forearm). The Tattoo uses the poison of the Ryuchi Cave snakes and if the user survives they gain an immunity to the poison and also the ability to use the summoning technique without handseals by simply placing blood on the seal (doesn't even need the users blood). As of right now there are only two ways to gain this tattoo either be inclined to the snakes and use the summoning technique without the tattoo which would transport you to Ryuchi Cave, however, the snakes like to give test to those who show up unannounced. The other way would be to receive it from one who already has it. Also the SNAKE JUTSU can only be learned within Ryuchi Cave or by learning from someone who already has them.

Earthen Body [E]
Marsh is actually dominant personality among hundreds. When a gigantic group of snakes attempted Sage Mode, all but one failed, and those who failed faded away and became one with nature. All of them joined the very swampy and disease filled earth they attempted it on. Eventually over the years more and more snakes attempted this, and failed, each being trapped in more and more land until they were all able to move together as one colossal body. Afterwards all the personalities began to battle to see who would control the body. Eventually one personality consumed the rest, and thus 'Marsh' was born.
This gave 'Marsh' a body less organic than most snakes, being made from rock, swampy water, and various germs and bacteria. Because of Marsh's body being made of rock, he may re create any lost part of his body so long as he has the chakra. The only way to defeat him is to drain his chakra reserves and then deal a killing blow. Any newly regenerated part will not have the effects of Disease Covered.
Disease Covered [E]
Marsh's body is made from rock, swampy water, and various germs and bacteria. The germs and bacteria on his body do not effect him and as a matter of fact most poisons do not. However his entire body acts as a way to transfer this point into enemies. Should any part of his body, or even objects falling off of his body, somehow enter the blood stream directly, the opponent's nerves will turn exceedingly sensitive for three turns, making even the lightest punch be exceedingly painful.
Symbiotic [E]
The algae on Marsh's body are alive and actually form a symbiotic relationship with him. In exchange for nutrients from his body, they slowly draw in and give him chakra when he uses it. They restore low chakra constantly. Supposedly these algae were once controlled by other personalities.

Reinforced Scales [E]
Mother's hexagonal scales are there for more than just show. They give an increased resistance to physical blows, even more so than normal scales. Mother's hide allows her to halve damage of all attacks, although the attacks still hurt her. If an attack of B rank or higher hits her twice in the same area, the scales of that area will be too damaged to continue their job, and as such this SA will not effect that area. Non physical attacks (like attacks that burn, paralyze, freeze, numb, things like that) cannot be effected by this SA, regardless of rank.
Children [E]
The reason Mother has her name, Mother can sprout thousands of snakes from various 'pockets' of her hide. These snakes are just as much a part of her as her tail or head, and can attack just as she can. Each snake is roughly the size of Jorobi, if not slightly smaller. This allows her to not only surprise opponents and attack strangely, but attacks that involve summoning snakes to attack opponents for her are used as taijutsu rather than ninjutsu.
Hive Mind [E]
All of the 'Children' of mother, while attached to her, are technically their own snakes. However, they are a combination of minds to create a hive mind. All of the children are subservient to their mother, and her will always overrides theirs. If one sees something, all of them see something, and through the hive mind, not only can they share information, but they can also act on their own while also using the information of the other members of the hive to best achieve Mother's goals.

Even the most illogical of monsters made by illusions are shaded and move perfectly as if they were really there. Do to not needing hand signs, Emperor rarely gives off signs that he has cast a genjutsu, thus making it even harder to identify he ever placed you in one. Emperor's genjutsu knowledge and talent also help him in defending against it. There are few genjutsu he doesn't know about, and none he cann't break out of.

Emperor is a psychologist, knowing how people think. The way they move, the way they talk, the way they look at things, everything tells someone thinks. The longer Emperor is in combat with someone, the better he knows their psyche, and can use this to predict how someone will attack or react to his attacks.
Ninjutsu Knowledge [E]
Emperor has trained in four of the elemental styles, as plenty of fire users have already told him how fire chakra is made. While he cann't use them in combat, he uses his experience with turning chakra into those natures and his studies into ninjutsu to great a fine database on ninjutsu within his mind. He can identify ninjutsu of A rank and lower through merely seeing the hand signs, and knows the flaws of ninjutsu of B rank and lower.
Mind Destroyer [E]
Emperor as a psychologist knows what breaks the human mind. While this knowledge is usually used to reverse engineer a fix, Emperor uses this to destroy an opponent's psyche. Emperor's genjutsu take psychological tolls on opponents, causing such strain that being in his genjutsu can physically tire an opponent out.
Lack of Presence [E]
Emperor goes beyond being small and hard to see. Emperor does not give off evidence that he exists. When someone is near by you can usually vaguely feel them, especially when they are close. With Emperor, unless he speaks chances are you won't notice him. Besides looking at him, or having some form of sensory that gives on heightened awareness of their surroundings, chances are you won't notice Emperor.

Hidayoshi is a great ninjutsu user. As one can expect from one of the three sage summons of the contract, his chakra pools are vast even without absorbing sage chakra. He possesses equally great chakra control, as he is able to properly control the natural chakra without loosing himself to nature. More importantly like all forms of ninja combat, Hidayoshi knows everything about ninjutsu and is great for advising ways to counter it. Being a snake he doesn't require hand seals, and he managed to create his ninjtusu much quicker than most shinobi can.

Hidayoshi is a tank pure and simple, he hits hard, takes damage, and doesn't even flinch. If you want speed, see his ninjtusu. Most importantly however Hidayoshi knows most common forms of taijutsu combat. He can be consulted for this knowledge at any time, be it to help train or to find ways to counter another user's style.

Hidayoshi knows much about Bukijutsu. He knows the flaws and strengths of almost every weapon in combat. Hidayoshi is so old noone knows his actual age. After existing for so long, his store of information has become vast. So long as style was not made in the last ten years, Hidayoshi knows about it. He also understands how each style of ninja combat works, and can quickly figure out of new styles work if given the time.
Sage Mode [E]
Hidayoshi was one of the hundreds snakes that attempted sage mode upon an ancient swamp. In the end, he was the sole survivor and the lone success. He emerged with sage mode, but a loss of mental stability. After meditating for years, and even seeing the rise of Marsh, a strange personality born of all of the dead snakes who had failed after him, he not only healed his mind, but also learned the ins and outs of sage mode.
Hidayoshi is almost always in this form, as he is constantly meditating, and using it his skills are increased five fold. He admits his sage mode is imperfect and but show cases no desire to master the risky technique. When in sage mode, Hidayoshi's black stripes become less faded, and his muscles grow in bulk. He possesses all Sage Mode benefits.
Fading Scaled [E]
A byproduct Hidayoshi's imperfect ed Sage Mode, Hidayoshi has figured a way to use this to his advantage. When scales peal off of his body, Hidayoshi is aware that most of them fade away and become one will whatever object they touch. By making sure they land on other creatures capable of manipulating sage chakra, Hidayoshi can form a permanent link with the target. Those wishing to fall under its effects must be near Hidayoshi in a non combat situation, and remain next to him for the length of an average training post. Afterwards Hidayoshi can sense through the target's senses, allowing him to both constantly increase his knowledge of the outside world, but also give advice without needing to be summoned.
Wise Snake, Wise Teacher [E]
Hidayoshi is a wise snake, with years of experience and knowledge. Combined with his first SA, Hidayoshi can make coming up with new techniques, learning old ones, growing existing abilities or even learning new ones easy. As long as Hidayoshi is physically present in the thread and is advising the contract signer while there, these threads are looked on with less scrutiny.

Appearance
Aka Ōi's looks are simple for his species. He is about 3.25 feet long, with a brown rest and hood, along with a tan underbelly. His eyes are pitch black. On close inspection one can notice the darker spots on his hood are actually openings within the hood.
PERSONALITY
Aka Ōi is a snake whom doesn't particularly like social interactions. When you summon him, you better have a task that is short and able to be dealt with quickly, or he will leave on the spot. He isn't spending more than a few minutes with anyone, certainty not a human. Zerg has one goal in life: to become the second strongest snake with the Ryuchi Caves. He seeks to grow and not only match but beat Manda in combat. While he does not specifically voice his want to battle specific snakes, Zerg does often voice that he does what is needed to be 'the best snake possible'. This means to him coming up with answers for every situation and focusing on the areas needed to best use his snake like abilities, but not focusing so much he leaves himself flawed in certain areas. Overall his goal is to become the best he can without leaving holes in his 'armor' and he plans to do so even if it kills him.

Jorobi is a big summon, standing at fifteen feet tall, and being twenty feet long. He is... actually average as far as color, being a bluish grey on the top half of his body and a pale tan on the bottom with green eyes. He is constantly told if not for his size he would be hard to tell from the snakes outside of the cave.
PERSONALITY
Jorobi is.... well frankly lazy. He prefers to lay about and sun bathe rather than work. Any abilities he has are pure talent and no effort has been put into sharpening them. He has the potential to be a B ranked summon, although he outright refuses to do so as he claims its a waste of time. When summoned he will only work with the summoner if they promise to summon him into a field with direct sunlight. If this promise is made Jorobi will actually put effort into the task, completing it as fast as possible and then disappearing to await re summoning. He will not do anything else until he has had his sun bath.

Marsh is a macabre snake, taking joy in all things destruction. Disease, famine, death, injury, he smiles at all of it just as he would smile at a new snake joining the cave. Earthen Body [E]
Marsh is actually dominant personality among hundreds. When a gigantic group of snakes attempted Sage Mode, all but one failed, and those who failed faded away and became one with nature. All of them joined the very swampy and disease filled earth they attempted it on. Eventually over the years more and more snakes attempted this, and failed, each being trapped in more and more land until they were all able to move together as one colossal body. Afterwards all the personalities began to battle to see who would control the body. Eventually one personality consumed the rest, and thus 'Marsh' was born.
This gave 'Marsh' a body less organic than most snakes, being made from rock, swampy water, and various germs and bacteria. Because of Marsh's body being made of rock, he may re create any lost part of his body so long as he has the chakra. The only way to defeat him is to drain his chakra reserves and then deal a killing blow. Any newly regenerated part will not have the effects of Disease Covered.
Disease Covered [E]
Marsh's body is made from rock, swampy water, and various germs and bacteria. The germs and bacteria on his body do not effect him and as a matter of fact most poisons do not. However his entire body acts as a way to transfer this point into enemies. Should any part of his body, or even objects falling off of his body, somehow enter the blood stream directly, the opponent's nerves will turn exceedingly sensitive for three turns, making even the lightest punch be exceedingly painful.
Symbiotic [E]
The algae on Marsh's body are alive and actually form a symbiotic relationship with him. In exchange for nutrients from his body, they slowly draw in and give him chakra when he uses it. They restore low chakra constantly. Supposedly these algae were once controlled by other personalities.

Reinforced Scales [E]
Mother's hexagonal scales are there for more than just show. They give an increased resistance to physical blows, even more so than normal scales. Mother's hide allows her to halve damage of all attacks, although the attacks still hurt her. If an attack of B rank or higher hits her twice in the same area, the scales of that area will be too damaged to continue their job, and as such this SA will not effect that area. Non physical attacks (like attacks that burn, paralyze, freeze, numb, things like that) cannot be effected by this SA, regardless of rank.
Children [E]
The reason Mother has her name, Mother can sprout thousands of snakes from various 'pockets' of her hide. These snakes are just as much a part of her as her tail or head, and can attack just as she can. Each snake is roughly the size of Jorobi, if not slightly smaller. This allows her to not only surprise opponents and attack strangely, but attacks that involve summoning snakes to attack opponents for her are used as taijutsu rather than ninjutsu.

All of the 'Children' of mother, while attached to her, are technically their own snakes. However, they are a combination of minds to create a hive mind. All of the children are subservient to their mother, and her will always overrides theirs. If one sees something, all of them see something, and through the hive mind, not only can they share information, but they can also act on their own while also using the information of the other members of the hive to best achieve Mother's goals.

His eyes seem to exude power, and are an emerald green.

The longer Emperor is in combat with someone, the better he knows their psyche, and can use this to predict how someone will attack or react to his attacks.

Emperor has trained in four of the elemental styles, as plenty of fire users have already told him how fire chakra is made. While he cann't use them in combat, he uses his experience with turning chakra into those natures and his studies into ninjutsu to great a fine database on ninjutsu within his mind. He can identify ninjutsu of A rank and lower through merely seeing the hand signs, and knows the flaws of ninjutsu of B rank and lower.
Mind Destroyer [E]
Emperor as a psychologist knows what breaks the human mind. While this knowledge is usually used to reverse engineer a fix, Emperor uses this to destroy an opponent's psyche. Emperor's genjutsu take psychological tolls on opponents, causing such strain that being in his genjutsu can physically tire an opponent out.

Tendrils that were once straight and proud now merely hang limply from his wrinkled body. His skin is notably darker than it should be, even his once white belly seeming to be grey. He almost always has a crooked frown on his face do to the sagging of his skin and facial muscles, and from the fact that he rarely moves, most snakes have a hard time telling if he is really alive.
PERSONALITY
Hidayoshi is an old summon who rarely moves from his spot within the Ryuuchi caves. Unlike other summons who are anti social and callous, Hidayoshi is a very friendly summon and enjoys having talks with anyone willing to find him. He enjoys passing his knowledge to the following generations, as he feels it to be his duty. However he refuses to leave his for the sole reason of socialization, and demands that anyone who summons him only summon him for deadly combat. Since Hidayoshi is the only summon old enough to remember what the White Snake Sage looked like as a child, he holds the snake's ear and is more than capable of pulling strings to make it so anyone who angers him cannot learn Sage More, or at the very least make it highly unlikely.

Hidayoshi is a great ninjutsu user. As one can expect from one of the three sage summons of the contract, his chakra pools are vast even without absorbing sage chakra. He possesses equally great chakra control, as he is able to properly control the natural chakra without loosing himself to nature. More importantly like all forms of ninja combat, Hidayoshi knows everything about ninjutsu and is great for advising ways to counter it. Being a snake he doesn't require hand seals, and he managed to create his ninjtusu much quicker than most shinobi can.
TAIJUTSU:

SKILL LEVEL DESCRIPTION:
Hidayoshi is a tank pure and simple, he hits hard, takes damage, and doesn't even flinch. If you want speed, see his ninjtusu. In combat Hidayoshi can easily break metal beams and can take several large shuriken attacks without showing any signs of pain. Most importantly however Hidayoshi knows most common forms of taijutsu combat. He can be consulted for this knowledge at any time, be it to help train or to find ways to counter another user's style.

Hidayoshi knows much about Bukijutsu. He knows the flaws and strengths of almost every weapon in combat. He never has trouble weaving in and out of enemy weapon attacks, and knowing where and how a weapon will move. Famously Hidayoshi has once caught several Fuma shuriken by the gap in the middle in mid flight, using only his tendrils.

Hidayoshi has a purely defensive grasp of genjutsu. He dislikes using it and will only use his knowledge to identify and break out of genjutsu. With his knowledge and skill he can easily identify and break out of A rank genjutsu.

Elderly Knowledge [E]
Hidayoshi is so old noone knows his actual age. After existing for so long, his store of information has become vast. So long as style was not made in the last ten years, Hidayoshi knows about it. He also understands how each style of ninja combat works, and can quickly figure out of new styles work if given the time.
Sage Mode [E]
Hidayoshi was one of the hundreds snakes that attempted sage mode upon an ancient swamp. In the end, he was the sole survivor and the lone success. He emerged with sage mode, but a loss of mental stability. After meditating for years, and even seeing the rise of Marsh, a strange personality born of all of the dead snakes who had failed after him, he not only healed his mind, but also learned the ins and outs of sage mode.
Hidayoshi is almost always in this form, as he is constantly meditating, and using it his skills are increased five fold. He admits his sage mode is imperfect and but show cases no desire to master the risky technique. When in sage mode, Hidayoshi's black stripes become less faded, and his muscles grow in bulk. He possesses all Sage Mode benefits.
Fading Scaled [E]
A byproduct Hidayoshi's imperfect ed Sage Mode, Hidayoshi has figured a way to use this to his advantage. When scales peal off of his body, Hidayoshi is aware that most of them fade away and become one will whatever object they touch. By making sure they land on other creatures capable of manipulating sage chakra, Hidayoshi can form a permanent link with the target. Those wishing to fall under its effects must be near Hidayoshi in a non combat situation, and remain next to him for the length of an average training post. Afterwards Hidayoshi can sense through the target's senses, allowing him to both constantly increase his knowledge of the outside world, but also give advice without needing to be summoned.
Wise Snake, Wise Teacher [E]
Hidayoshi is a wise snake, with years of experience and knowledge. Combined with his first SA, Hidayoshi can make coming up with new techniques, learning old ones, growing existing abilities or even learning new ones easy. As long as Hidayoshi is physically present in the thread and is advising the contract signer while there, these threads are looked on with less scrutiny.
