Appearance Shukaku is a sandy-brown colored tanuki, with black cursed seal markings all over its face, body, and tail. It has a jagged, concave mouth with no tongue, and the sclerae of its eyes are black, with yellow irises and pupils that each takes the shape of a black four-pointed star with four black dots around it. PERSONALITY Shukaku is characterized as a childish and short-tempered individual, and often speaks in a bombastic and incoherent manner, giving it the demeanor of a drunkard. It uses "ore-sama" when referring to itself, as it expresses great pride in its own abilities, especially its sealing techniques and defenses. Shukaku relishes the opportunity to kill anyone in sight, even more so during a full moon. Shukaku has also shown to harbour a bitter grudge towards Kurama due to the fox's beliefs that the tailed beasts' strength is measured by the number of tails, therefore viewing the tanuki as the weakest. Because of this, Shukaku strives to find any opportunity to surpass its arrogant rival. Specializations Sand Manipulation:SKILL RANK:(S)SKILL LEVEL DESCRIPTION:Shukaku's most notable ability is its sand manipulation, using it as an effective weapon and shield. Since its whole body is completely made of sand, the tanuki can ignore most damage that would otherwise be detrimental. Taking pride in its motto of absolute defence, Shukaku's sand is durable enough to block most attacks with ease.NINJUTSU:SKILL LEVEL DESCRIPTION:It is capable of performing fūinjutsu by using its natural cursed seal markings across its own sand body, which gives off a magnetic field to bind its targets. Shukaku can use Wind and Earth Release nature transformations. It can rapidly fire wind bullets with enough force to level entire forests. He could also charge these wind bullets to the point they could fire like a Tailed Beast Ball, and wipe out entire landscapes. Shukaku can combine wind and earth elements to use Magnet Release, and is the only tailed beast which can use cursed seals from its markings.TAIJUTSU:SKILL LEVEL DESCRIPTION:Shukaku is strong but is not very good at Taijutsu and fights hand to hand more like a wild animal then anything else. Because of it's abilities and the amount of chakra he has Shukaku rarely ever resorts to taijutsu.GENJUTSU:SKILL LEVEL DESCRIPTION:Pretty much then same as Taijutsu. The Weakness of Our Enemy Makes Our Strength

Appearance Akaikyofu or Reddred (Red for short) as he prefers to be called has a look that stands out in the typical ninja world. While this is abundantly clear whenever he is seen within the walls of a village or any other static homes, he has no trouble at all blending in with his people as they tend to dress and look more like him. His hair is completely shaved off at the sides and back, with one long strip pony tailed coming down to the midpoint between his shoulders, if he were to let this ponytail out it would be long enough to cover his whole head in mid length hair. His eyes are of a brown color and are not spectacular or beautiful in anyway, they are ordinary brown eyes that almost look black when seeing them from a far or in low lighting. His face is usually covered in the Aiel clan war paint as the shinobi life is akin to being in a constant war. Because of this there is always two black lines coming down from just under his eyes running all the way down to his chiseled jawline, in the center of those two black lines is a red line that travels down to his cheek then curves down the cheek to the jawline separating the two black lines. These red lines also go up to his hair line. Finally on his face there is one red line that goes down the middle of his face from hair line to chin. This combination of lines completes the SENSŌ PEINTO: SHIRYOKU [WAR PAINT: EYESIGHT] Fuinjutsu. His jawline is rugged and his skin is sun-kissed from his time out in the Suna heat. Also on his ears he wears multiple black triangles in the Aiel warpaint which is used for the SENSŌ PEINTO: CHŌKAKU [WAR PAINT: HEARING] Fuijutsu. Red has a very athletic body; he is a tall man standing at 6’6” and weighing in at 230lbs making him a very tall and muscular man that could just about tower over your average person. Because he has worked in the wild as a hunter and as a ninja his whole life his muscles are quite impressive, though his ninja training has made them more lean and defined rather than bulging and huge. On his ribs are more war paint straight black lines with triangles pointing down with the lines between between the bones of his ribs. This war paint completes the SENSŌ PEINTO: KAORI [WAR PAINT: SMELL] Fuinjutsu. Also on his arms he has multiple intricate patterns that cover just about the whole arm which makes up the SENSŌ PEINTO: CHIKARA [WAR PAINT: STRENGTH] Fuinjutsu. His legs are lean and ripped and well suited for fast movement, this plus his training, has given his body the well-honed look of someone with a great deal of endurance. However, even though he is quite muscular he has trained himself to be quite agile; this can be seen on his body through the cut of his muscles. Due to his stretching and flexibility his muscles are more defined, which in turn allows him to be more agile than most people his size. Taking up the majority of his legs are is the intricate pattern of war paint his uses for the SENSŌ PEINTO: SOKUDO [WAR PAINT: SPEED] Fuinjutsu. His attire is atypical at best, when out on the town and just relaxing he wears a sand colored pants lined with furs and pelts for warmth and brown leather boots to protect his feet with no shirt but he does wear bangles around his triceps and leather straps for his weapons across his chest.. However, When going out on missions or training especially if somewhere colder than Suna which is pretty much everywhere. he dons more fur including a full wolf headdress that he made himself. He also wears his Grandfathers Aiel Jewelry which is a bear claw necklace made from the claws of multiple bears the necklace is not just a regular piece of jewelry as it can be activated by running chakra through it to permeate the air with a feeling of ill intent. Upon either side of his waist are his trusty Wolf's Fang tomahawks that he calls ebony and ivory due to one of the handles being painted white and the other being painted black. Strapped to the leather harness that goes across his back and chest is a quiver full of Eagle's Grip tipped arrows and his Hawk's Talon bow. His right forearm is protected by the Jaguar's Pounce gauntlet that also hides a hidden blade within it as well as the apparatus for the Snake's Coil rope dart. His left forearm protected by the Coyote's Guile gauntlet that houses a pivot blade used to bring forth a dagger for him to fight with at the flick of a wrist. Around his waist he carries little round grenades that his clan has dubbed Desert's Gift that can only be accessed through the Aiel clan Hijutsu. He also carries small weapons pouches on each of his legs on the right leg there is 50ft of ninja wire without a spool and a jar of Peyote Ointment. On the left leg the pouch consists of 50ft of ninja wire also without a spool and three chakra pills. There are times where he is also carrying his Bear's Hug war hammer that is about six feet long which he uses as a walking stick whenever he has it with him. Also he sometimes carries his Polecat's Tail spear also strapped to his back across the bow making a cross shape between the two weapons. PERSONALITY Red cares for his clan above all else. Because of the fact that Sunagakure looks after his clan as well as makes sure that the desert spirit Shukaku is well taken care of he looks toward Suna as an extension of his clan. He has a deep hatred of those who besmirch the village’s or his clan's reputation, seeing it as an a front to both his beliefs and the desert spirit himself. Throughout his life, he has striven to personify his beliefs and become the perfect example of what an Aiel clan member and Suna ninja should be, he would try to do anything if it helped either his clan or village, it was not always like this as he once viewed Suna to be the bad guys that locked away the desert spirit however upon being told they Suna keeps Shukaku safe and makes sure that no one would hunt him down he began to change his tune. That being said he does not stand for anything that hurts Suna's standings.
Red although good with children as they seem to like him should probably not be left in charge of children that need constant supervision. Because of his tribes beliefs that children learn and grow stronger when they are left to their own devises coupled with the fact that he tends to overestimate what a child can do and underestimate danger he tends to take the children he is in charge of on more dangerous missions and leaves them to fend for themselves more so than other Jounin, though he is always there when his Genin need him. His methods may be dangerous and hard but they get results.
Red is calm and cool most times, although this does not mean that he does not like to be in the center of the action. He is talkative and attention seeking he just does not go about it by being loud and boisterous in nature. Also, he is very analytical when it comes to body movements; many believe it comes from his hunting in the wild where you have to learn to work with your fellow hunters without speaking as it may alert their prey. Although, most times he can be seen as a laid back and pretty cool guy he does have a temper. When he gets mad it is drastically, his attitude will change; while never becoming a cold blooded killer his fits of rage are quite dangerous as he gets pretty destructive even if he is not homicidal..
He has a tendency to let others deal with their issues on their own, no matter if they are getting bullied or just struggling with their training. Though in an effort to make sure that they do not get frustrated and quit on training or that they do not get beaten up or bullied too badly he would offer them help if he sees that they truly need it, its not that he will not help it is just that it takes him longer to do it than anyone else. He believes the best way for a person to grow is through failure and hardship as perseverance is the best teacher in the world and you can only persevere if you have failed or are having a hard time.
Red is attached to his familiars and takes just about all of them everywhere he goes, while they are wild and have lives of their own they are never too far away from him with Muwin, Sandy and Grey Wind always being by his side. They are his family and it is a safe bet that if you see him his familiars are somewhere in the vicinity as well. They also sleep in the same tent as it is a belief of Red's that sleeping in the same area as one another (especially in a great big pile) builds bonds that nothing can break.. HISTORY Red was the eldest child of the roaming bands of the Shaido Aiel, it was a very prestigious family to have been born into and because of it he had a much easier go of it in the harsh desert then most other would. Red loved the desert and felt a connection to it that other children did not seem to, while they were content playing around the tents of their families Red began wondering off at an early age though never getting to far as he was still crawling and not fast enough to escape the clutches of his two moms (his father had two wives and he never knew which one birthed him as a way to make sure he loved each woman equally).
While the tribes lax way of parenting meant that he was free to roam around the tents of the other families at a young age he was not permitted to strike out on his own no matter how many time he tried, many took this as a sign that he would become a great hunter when he grew up as the call to the desert was strong inside of him. Although he was the first child his parents had he was not the last, his father was a good man he was equal parts strong and loving, although he was not the strongest of hunters he was good enough to provide for his rather large family and to make sure that they wanted for nothing while he lead war parties in the front lines, as the third shinobi world war had been going on for about ten years or so at this point.
Red’s two mothers had three more children though the child right after Red had died at the age of three. Red often looked after his younger siblings though there was a large age difference between them due to the war. Even though he would be fifteen years old when his youngest sister was born this would not stop him from spending time with her and taking her out to the desert to play. However, as was the tradition in the tribe Red would never tell the younger sibling which of the two wives had given birth to them as both mothers loved the children equally and the child should love both as if they gave birth to them.
Though the life in the tribe had not changed much as it was always the policy for the non-hunters to work together to rear the young while the hunters went out to hunt. Though usually they were hunting for food and not going off to help with a war that was being fought. He was told that his clan was incredibly valuable to the war effort. Although he had no idea what it really meant it made him feel proud that his clan was important.
Because of the war he ended up in the academy a little earlier than would be considered normal, within his classes the focus was the war effort as well as loyalty. The training in the academy was extensive and hard pressed. Being a part of a clan that acted as the front line he was being taught how to use guerrilla warfare to his benefit. Not to mention the fact that he was still learning through the tribe methods as well.
He studied both in the academy in within the desert, and while he preferred the desert studies better his work with guerrilla warfare resonated with him and he began to add it into his desert teachings. Soon it was time for him to learn the ways of the totem as he had turned five years old. His grandfather who had increased free time as the war had just ended and he had retired as a ninja and hunter oversaw his totem creation rite. During this time he got extremely close to his grandfather.
His grandfather was always an eccentric man and as he got older is eccentricity bordered down right craziness, though he was able to teach Red how to make a totem correctly it did not seem like he would have the time to teach him about making Aiel jewelry as his body had started to give out on him, during one of his fits he made a promise to Red that he would be reborn as an eagle and that when he died his spirit would be reborn in an eagle egg. Red then promised his grandfather that if he could manage to eat his spirit into one of the eggs of the eagle nest that was perched atop a nearby mountain that he would climb that mountain the same day he passed and grab the egg and his grandfather would become his animal partner, they both made a promise over water and the deal was struck between them.
A few years later Red’s grandfather passed not from old age but from the sickness that had come from all the injuries of a man passed his prime who engaged in a war foolhardily. Red's grandfather had been called shinning eagle for his pride and when warriors were being called for he was one of the first to sign up. The same day of his grandfather’s passing, although only being nine years old, Red had to climb the mountain to the eagle’s eggs or he would be disowned for breaking a promise over water. However, if he managed to make it back with the egg then he would be seen as a man having made a sacred vow and been able to keep it. The climb was harrowing but thanks to his early academy and desert training he was able to make it.
Upon returning to the tribe the egg still warm the caregivers took his egg so that they could incubate it properly to help with its hatching. Also because he was now seen as a man he was able to choose the path and profession he was going to take in life. It shocked no one when he decided to become a hunter and after his decision was made he was given his own tent that he pitched next to his family and his own newborn colt that he named Twilight Sparkle because of her coat.
Although it was not unheard of for an Aiel to come of age so early it was rare and while he was considered a man and no longer had to go to his desert teachings with the rest of the children he elected to finish his lessons both in the academy and out. This showed a level of maturity that the elders were not used to seeing in those who reached manhood status early as knowing that just because you have become a man does not mean that you no longer have more to learn was a lesson that they had to teach even grown men.
A few days after turning ten years old Red’s eagle hatched he was in his last desert lesson class and had just finished taken his final exam he was waiting on the final student to finish so he could be told if he passed not when he was pulled from the class and told that the hatching process had begun. He rushed to the incubator wanting to hurry and be the first thing the newly hatched eagle who was his grandfather, seen when he breached the shell of the egg.
He made it just in time. He walked into the building where they had placed the egg to wait for it to hatch as soon as the beak started to break through the shell. Having been the first thing the eagle saw the process of imprinting had been started. Having named the chick Grandpa (remember he was believed to to be his grandfather reincarnated it would be rude to call him anything else) he spent the next six weeks caring for and being in the general sight of the baby eagle at all times so that the chick would not accidentally imprint on anything or anyone else. After the sixth week it seemed the imprinting process was finished and Red could continue with his ninja training without worrying if his chick would imprint on someone else and leave him.
It was not until then that Red was given the news that he had passed his Aiel desert training course and was now considered a fully-fledged hunter throughout the tribe. Upon making his way back to Sunagakure he found that his status as a hunter within the Aiel clan made it possible for him to take the test to become a Genin. Sadly, he was not able to pass on his first try. Mainly because he was so used to using his clan techniques and manipulating sand that he did not need to learn the name for the hand seals he just did them so during the written exams he confused some of his hand seals having not learned which was which even though he knew them to do them for the few jutsu he knew he did not know what each was called and had to guess which caused him to fail by a few points. He was allowed to take the test again the next year and passed with flying colors making him a Genin at the age of twelve.
As a Genin Red spent most of his time in the desert, thankfully he was on a team that consisted of other Aiel so they too spent their time in the desert. They went on many missions and because Red was considered a man in the tribe he was allowed to go off on his own without the rest of his team. During these excursions he would often times find himself in the company of the same small wolf who had lost his way from his pack. The wolf may have been abandoned by its back due to it being the runt of the litter and Red decided that he would allow the little guy to come back to the tribe with him. It took the wolf very little time to acclimate to life with Red and the tribe, and although Red merely used the wolf as a playmate they built a bond that would last them a lifetime.
After a few years together the Wolf grew into his size and was quickly discovered to be a dire wolf. Because of its size and general wild disposition Red was able to reintroduce the wolf who he had named Grey Wind into the wild. Although back it his natural habitat Grey Wind would often make his way back to Red and eventually he brought a full pack with him. The pack themselves looked to Red as their Alpha and because of this they too became a part of the increasing number of animal familiars that Red was gaining.
He was thirteen years old when he found his next animal which came to him during one of his team’s missions. The mission itself was not very important and besides the acquisition of Sandy the moth the mission was not very memorable. During the mission Red had been cornered by a female mercenary and out of nowhere a little sandy moth had come to his rescue by flying into the face of the mercenary giving Red enough time to knock her out. After thanking the little moth she decided that she would spend the rest of her days hanging out with Red usually perched on his shoulder.
It was not until he was fifteen years old that he got his chance to participate in the Chuunin Exams. Luckily for him they had taken place in his home village and most of the events involved the desert. This made the exams extremely easy for him and his team especially one you added in the small army of familiars that Red had access to; they blew through the Chuunin exams quite easily and were made Chuunin on the spot.
As a Chuunin Red had a pretty normal ninja life, spending most of his time training to become good at more or less everything that a ninja could become good at garnering himself quite the reputation in the ninja world. He had started to earn respect as the epitome of what a ninja should be as he was becoming quite a highly skilled ninja in all facets of the ninja world. As a shinobi there was not much that Red could not do well and excelled at pretty much anything that he attempted, because of his wide knowledge he was asked to become a Jounin at the tender age of eighteen years old.
His Jounin career was much like his Chuunin career consisting of missions and training but nothing wildly out of the norm for a ninja. However, because of his relatively young age and the level of his skill people made a bigger deal out of his accomplishments then they would have if he were a few years older. Not wanting to be in the limelight just for his age Red began taking more risky missions and when those too went off without a hitch he started to think that maybe he did deserve the praise that they were giving him. He and his animals had never failed a mission and completed each one easily with no incident.
By the time he was twenty five years old he was considered and elite shinobi and one of the best within his village due to his wide range of skill in every aspect of the ninja world. Soon the talks of him being the Epitome of all things Shinobi changed from being a compliment to an actual nickname replacing the wolf of the sand moniker he was given when he was younger. As the Epitome of Shinobi he went on several missions and completed with all without a hitch his perfect record was never besmirched. By the time he had become twenty seven he thought it best for him to wind down and teach some students.
Although when he put the request in he decided to take on one final mission before he became a Jounin sensei. The mission he decided to take was personal and dealt with poachers in the desert. He hated poachers who killed animals just for sport and would love nothing more than to scalp them all. Although the mission was C ranked he took it anyway and when he arrived he was disgusted at what he saw. Three men had killed a mother bear and had the child in a cage poking it with their guns trying to see if they could train it to dance. Red viciously slaughtered the men and saved the bear and because of its young age and general naivety on the wild Red decided he would take the little guy in much like he did with Grey Wind until the bear could fend for itself. He took a little time off to train the bear on how to be around people and by the time he turned thirty he figured he and the bear were ready for students.
Three years later his genin squad had all been promoted to Jounin level and did not need him anymore. It was then that the current Kazekage decided to retire and name Red his successor. Specializations Sand Manipulation:SKILL RANK:(S)SKILL LEVEL DESCRIPTION:Red has all but mastered the Aiel art of Sand Manipulation which is the ability for Red to control at will any sand that is available to him, allowing him access to all the clans sand jutsu without the use of hand seals. He also have enough mastery over sand manipulation to have refined control over sand without the use of jutsu to fashion basic weapons and makeshifts defenses. His mastery over the art has become like second nature to him allowing him to instinctively use the Hijutsu without having to think about it.
Because of this and his work with the sand shield jutsu he has gained a defense that is automatic. Whenever he feels threatened he on instinct raises the sand around where he feels the threat coming from. While this is not as strong as the proper sand shield jutsu it does slow whatever is coming and gives him enough time to get out of the way.NINJUTSU:SKILL LEVEL DESCRIPTION:Red has always had about average chakra control. As a Genin he attempted to learn better control but the lessons went well over his head and he just gave up on it entirely. Instead he focused on deepening his pool of chakra. Because of this his reservoir of chakra has become vast. The amount of chakra he has allows him to use higher level jutsu more frequently without having to worry about running out as quickly as other. Also because of the sheer amount of chakra he has he has developed the ability to transfer her chakra to other to reinvigorate them and help them fight longer though this puts a strain on him if used too much and for too many people. His level of chakra gives him the endurance and vitality to keep fighting when others would quit having once fought the same person for three days an two nights before they both finally collapsed. He learned enough control to walk on water and trees. He also mastered Three of the five elements though he barely ever uses them. TAIJUTSU:SKILL LEVEL DESCRIPTION:Red is fast, strong, and durable. Befitting of his name of Epitome of all shinobi. His Taijutsu while not the best in the world is definitely impressive and while chances are that he would not be beating a Taijutsu master in a hand to hand battle he could hold his own for quite some time.GENJUTSU:SKILL LEVEL DESCRIPTION:Red has trained in Genjutsu his whole life and while he is no Genjutsu Master he is not far from it. Having studied Genjutsu and the defense of it extensively Red has come up with his own way of battling Genjutsu. Fundamentally it works the same way as Genjutsu Kai does though its application is different. Having trained his senses rigorously he has trained his body to eventually tell when it has succumb to a Genjutsu. Once this happens he can force his senses to reboot forcing him out of the Genjutsu. However this does not make him impervious to Genjutsu as he could only use this ability against Genjutsu that he would normally be able to use Kai to get out of. Any other jutsu he would have to use pain to get out or wait for someone to save him.

Throughout his time with animals he has a rudimentary understanding of the language they speak and although he cannot understand them fully he can get the gist of what any animal is saying wild or not. Also animals tend to gravitate toward him not in a subservient way but in a way where they wish to work with him as equals. Because of this he has quite a few animal familiars that he travels and fights with he looks to these animals as if they are his family and they do the same in return.
His beastmaster ability does not just affect his familiars or wild animals either summons and other ninja familiars are more likely to take a liking to him as well this usually means that while if their master tells them to attack him they usually would rather not. Red is familiar with almost every species of animal making him hard for other animals users to deal with as he most likely knows the weakness of their animals and how to exploit them. Not to mention the fact that if the animal is not on good terms with their master Red could probably convince it to betray them.The Epitome [SA Rank all Start at E]Red loves to fight although he abhors violence. He fights for sport he fights for fun and he fights to survive though he would never just beat on someone just because he could. Because of his love for fighting Red has gotten pretty good with it no matter what form it comes in. He is fluent in hand to hand combat as well as weapons fighting and seems at home equally when using NInjutsu, Taijutsu, or Genjutsu. He has sometimes been called the epitome of what a shinobi should strive for within their skill set. He can do it all and does it all rather well. While he may not be number one in any given category he is within the top five of them all. What this means ICly is that his Ninjutsu, Taijutsu and Genjutsu ranks get a permanent +1 grade bonus.Unfathomable Hunter [SA Rank all Start at E]As a great Hunter for the Aiel Clan Red has mastered the craft. No only has his tracking, trapping, and stalking skilled reached the highest extent possible so to has his natural sensing ability. These things make him an excellent hunter and each one is quite impressive in its own right but when combined it makes him a peerless hunter that has never failed to hunt down his prey as well as never needed to use excessive force to bring them down.
His tracking ability is such that he could tell the difference between prints of a fat man and the prints of a man that was holding something heavy. His tracking skills also give way to his survival skills and plant knowledge as knowing what plants do what and how nature works and how to live of the land is a great way to know when something has been tampered with in an unnatural way which could be a path to his prey.
Trapping is not his favorite or strongest aspect as a hunter but he is still quite good at it. Able to rig a trap using only things in the natural environment to ensnare not only animals but living things as well is something that any Aiel hunter prides themselves on and Red has been know to make traps out of other Aiel members traps in order to backfire on them when they went to check on it.
Stalking his prey is what he is know for best. Being able to follow close behind his target without them knowing he was ever there is something he prides himself on. He would tell anyone who would listen about how during his Chuunin Exams he managed to sneak up behind a Hyuuga with their Byakugan active and steal their scroll and disappear without the girl ever knowing he was there. The trick to it his says is predictive movement. Being able to tell how and when a person is about to move just bu how they tense their muscles an act Red has mastered.
Red has been a sensor for as long as he could remember. He never really needed to train in it as he could always read chakra signatures and feel excess chakra from left over jutsu. This allows him to know when others are present due to their chakra. He can differentiate between individuals through their chakra signature alone and can even tell their species and after several years of training their relative skill level. He can do this from about fifteen and a half miles away (25kms). He can also tell what villages a person is from due to their chakra signature.Village Leader [E]As a Village Leader Red has access to an abundance of NPCs many of which come from the various clans of his village. Appearance Two tomahawks that are small enough to be carried and used effectively with one hand. The blade is made from durable Steel and while the blades were meant to be created hollow they have since been filled with sand. the Blades have several small pores all around them that can hardly been seen but allows sand passage through the Aiel ability of Sand Manipulation. The handle which is made from chakra reactive wood is also hollow and filled with sand. The blade is a shinning silver color with the wood being painted red color. The handle is wrapped in black leather for easier grip and is decorated with a small golden feather.
Abilities Forged of the legendary grade steel, these tomahawks are nigh unstoppable. Allowing them to cleave through basic weaponry of B-rank and below, Additionally, the powerful steel can absorb quite a bit of punishment, blocking up to A-ranked weaponry and physical jutsu.
However the true abilities of the weapon is seen when used by an Aiel. because of the sand locked away within the blade and handle the Aiel member can easily use said sand for various jutsu and supplementary uses such as blinding an opponent before a slash or even getting sand in a wound to infect it. However the most useful ability of these weapons is their ability to absorb moisture through using the sand within the weapon to dry out anything that it touches.
If someone other than an Aiel clan member uses this weapon they will be subject to dehydration as the moisture of their body is slowly absorbed through the handle of the weapon. As it requires an Aiel clan member to manipulate the sands so that their moisture is not stolen. This effect also makes it a great defense against low level water jutsu.
The tomahawks can also be controlled remotely by manipulating the sand within them.

Abilities Like any war hammer, the idea is to basically forcefully swing it around to hit and smash enemies. usually aiming for the legs or head, or any other limp really. Aside from that, if chakra is applied to it, the weight of the war hammer seems to decrease considerably but it's strength grows to that of akin of steel, this is thanks to the chakra reactive wood used. The hammer is rather durable, being able to withstand most elemental Ninjutsu and general Taijutsu.

Appearance A small metal rope launcher which can easily be equipped to the Aiel clan gauntlets. The launcher can house around fifty feet of ninja wire which will be connected to a sharp dagger point used to penetrate whatever it hits much like an arrow head.
Abilities This piece of equipment is essentially a rope dart equipped with its own launcher that is powered through chakra. The launcher fires the wire until it either runs out of wire which will cause the wire to just hang until recalled again using chakra, or until it hit something to which the user can then retract the wire to make it taut. This weapon can be used for several purposes though many Aiel have used it to string up their enemies to scare off others.

Appearance Small round glass containers with the same seals around them as the Aiel Totems. The items are small enough to fit into the palm of the average sized human comfortably. The container has no visible means of opening the material to put sand in but since there is sand filling the entire thing most believe there is some way to open it. While the Aiel guard that secret there is a way to open the grenade and non-violently expel the sand making it all but useless to use against another Aiel unless you get the drop on them.
Abilities These grenades only have one purpose to explode and flood the region and opponent with sand. Each of these small containers can hold around 300lbs of sand without the weight crushing them very similar to the totems, including the use of the same seals that the totems use. However unlike the totems these grenades can be thrown and blown up using the kai to violently expel the sand within them. Using this to buffet their opponent or even to cover the area with sand that is easier for the Aiel clan member to use. These grenades are almost as useful as the totems especially when in an area where there is no sand.

Abilities The bones that the pieces of jewelry are made out of are feed chakra as well as covered in seals. This is all so that the desert spirit will resonate with their jewelry giving off a distinct vibe that when feed chakra by the user acts as a form of intimidation by giving off a feeling of Ill intent as if one would kill anyone within their way without regard. While not everyone would be affect by this in the same way those with weak will may become overwhelmed by the feeling and no longer wish to fight.

Appearance Grandpa is a large, eagle with dark red feathers on its back and dark blue feathers on its underside. Its tail feathers are red, turning to yellow, and then blue at the tips. Grandpa's legs are long and thick with yellow feet that each have a digit facing backward, and three facing forward. Each digit is tipped by a short, thick, black claw.
He has a long, thick beak with a blue cere. On either side of the cere are his eyes, which are black with small white pupils. Sprouting from above the eyes are three large, white feathers. At the base of the feathers is a red, three-pointed design that is spread across all three feathers. On each side of his face, sprouting out from behind the feathers on his forehead, are an additional three white feathers pointing horizontally and downward. Behind the three feathers on his head is a large plume of white feathers, extending most of the way down its neck.
These features combined resemble the Aiel war bonnet which helped Red believe that this eagle was the reincarnation of his grandfather hence the animals name. Also because of this Red has created a war dress for the bird which resembles a smaller version of the headdress that his grandfather used to wear into battle. Over the years because of the many coups and victories the headdress has become ordained with many trophies of war and feathers.

Appearance Sandy has two pairs of wings, one larger than the other. Her wings are primarily tan with an orange, oval marking on each. Other than that she acts much like any other wild moth though she almost never leaves Red's vicinity. Combat Info As a wild animal and not a ninja summon or a trained ninja animal Sandy has all the natural ability of a Moth. This includes but is not limited to flying and excellent hearing. It is because of this hearing that she can call other members of her species to help Red whenever he needs her to working as a smokescreen or even as a way to spy on others. The moths hearing is so good that it has shattered all other ultrasonic hearing records. Able to hear one hundred kilohertz greater then the second best creature (a bat) it is able to hear the high frequencies of echolocation as well as communicate at a pitch that only they themselves can hear. The range of her hearing is around 32km.

The relationship between the two is much akin to a father son relationship with Red often teaching the bear how to live and survive since he was separated from his mother at such an earlier age. Combat Info As a wild animal and not a ninja summon or a trained ninja animal Muwin has all the natural ability of a bear. His strength is incredible making him Red's strongest familiar even though he is the youngest. Muwin is about as strong as a normal adult grizzly who is strong enough to decapitate a moose with one swipe of their paw. Though this is incredible it would only break the neck of a human and send them flying though that is for untrained and unprepared people. A ninja would probably be sent flying and receive serious injury from a full powered swipe from Muwin.

Appearance Without her armor Twilight Sparkle is an all black stallion with flecks of white across her body making her look like the night sky strewn with stars. Her midnight black body with its star like specks is the reason Red named her Twilight Sparkle upon being assigned her when coming back from his soul quest and becoming a man. She looks like your every day average horse because that is exactly what she is.
With her armor on, which is no more than war paint, she is multicolored and intimidating when seeing her charge toward you at full speed. She has a bunch of tribal marks and feathers showing her war trophies and Coups from many battles. She also has a very lifelike painting of the Ichibi on her chest which helps in her intimidation factor especially when the sand starts flying.

Its loyal and strong and will do everything in its power to protect its rider. Her and Red have been together since Twilight Sparkle was born and he has raised her lovingly ever since. Because of this Twilight Sparkle pays him back with unwavering loyalty and a strong drive. Twilight Sparkle has never failed Red and he has complete faith in her as she does with him. Many have said that they share a bond closer to best friends than horse and rider to which Red claims that Twilight Sparkle is one of his best friends. Combat Info Twilight Sparkle has all the natural ability of a horse nothing more nothing less. Though she is more like a warhorse than a normal horse. Which is to say that she is stronger and faster with more endurance than a normal horse but it is not so much of a difference from what can be found in real life that it is worth mentioning. As such Twilight Sparkle can run around 40mph for around 32km of distance even with two full grown adults on her back.

After a few moments the sandstorm will subside and the target(s) will be stuck in an illusory world where they are forced to reveal truths about themselves through odd and symbolic messages. Because the Genjutsu world is run but those trapped within the information is not based on what the user of said jutsu knows. [although the genjutsu will be played out by the user of said jutsu using info from within the character(s) that is trapped app. Causes those trapped within the Genjutsu to be immobilized]

Description Despite what the name of this jutsu would have you believe it does not create a peyote laced mist. It does however create a a mist that causes the target(s) to hallucinate much like peyote does. The hallucinations are simple ones created by the user anything from making distance seem further away or causing the target(s) believe the user is holding a sword. Once the user decides what the hallucination is they cannot change it without recasting the Genjutsu which may tip the target(s) off that they are trapped. Also the only way to release this Genjutsu would be to get rid of the mist.

Description This jutsu plays with the fact that the user can manipulate sand. After stomping on the ground (usually ground that is covered in sand for the sake of the jutsu itself) the ground the target(s) are standing on becomes quicksand. The targets will sink into the quicksand slowly though they sink quicker if they attempt to struggle. Although the sinking feeling continues for as long as the jutsu is active their head will never be submerged and they will be stuck up to the neck. However, because those trapped have no sense of time they cannot tell how long they have been sinking or if there head should have sunken or if they were just caught at the neck. This Genjutsu is easily seen through if the target(s) are not surrounded or at least standing on sand as the sand seemingly comes from nowhere.

The technique works by the user striking out and using manipulated sand to cause a small localized explosion of force. Also because it is sand connecting with the target the user can use this jutsu to extend their range a few inches past their strike making for surprise strikes to those that just evaded or blocked their attack.

Because of its rudimentary level this jutsu is not very effective on living being as it would require prolonged contact (around 10 punches) to cause the target to even become thirsty. At this level the jutsu is more effective for creating sandy and arid areas by absorbing the moisture in grass and such. This jutsu can also be used to punch holes into D rank water jutsu as a sort of defense though this will cancel out the Sand Hand jutsu.

No matter if the target is on the ground or flying in the air, it is almost impossible to escape from this technique. This technique is a more refined version of the Spirit of the Desert: Coffin and as such the offensive properties are further extended giving this technique the power to squeeze the target(s) so hard that it completely liquefy an opponent.

Description This jutsu much like most of the other Aiel Clan jutsu was heavily inspired from their deity; the spirit of the desert otherwise known as the Ichibi Shukaku. This jutsu starts with the user manipulating the sand to crush the hardest materials underground, this will take a complete rotation to happen, after these requirements are met the user will use the crushed material to form an extremely hard and dense toy-like replica of Shukaku wearing a wide-brimmed rural hat, that is roughly thrice the size of a normal person. Because the replica is formed under extreme pressure and is built of the strongest minerals from the earth, it is highly resistant to all but the highest destructive powers.
The fact that it is made from not just sand but other materials as well means that once it is created it cannot be manipulated to move and is thus a stationary shield. Although it takes a considerable amount of time to ready the user can still move freely while readying it though they cannot use any other justu. Thankfully once prepared the shield is created incredibly quickly able to catch incoming jutsu on their way toward the user. This jutsu starts with the user manipulating the sand to crush the hardest materials underground, this will take a complete rotation to happen, after these requirements are met the user will use the crushed material to form an extremely hard and dense halberd. The halberd itself is not meant for wielding as it explodes on impact making it best for use as a projectile.
The fact that it is made from mostly sand means that it can be manipulated to move faster making it harder for the naked eye to see. Although it takes a considerable amount of time to ready the user can still move freely while readying it though they cannot use any other justu. Also because it is also made from other materials than just sand it makes it much harder to manipulate once thrown with the maximum one could do is increasing its speed making it so that the halberd cannot change direction in the air.The force of the halberd hitting its target and the subsequent explosion makes its destructive power incredible, making it possible to break through almost anything.

While this jutsu has many uses its drawback is the relative ease one can either avoid capture or even escape being captured. Because of this, this jutsu is usually used in conjunction with other methods to make sure that the target(s) are properly captured. Additionally they can increase the size of the platform or create additional ones. While starting off as a small size that could only carry one full grown adult or two children. However adding more sand will allow for more people to be carried, also using this same method multiple platforms can be created.

Description Using the Aiel clan Hijutsu of Sand Manipulation the user of this jutsu will compresses their sand into a dozen eagle-like shapes, before firing them with incredible speed and power. The eagles sharp beaks making this jutsu an excellent way to pierce the target. The eagles themselves are about the size of standard shuriken and each individual eagle only does minimal damage however the damage can add up while even being hit with all eagles is not necessarily life threatening their life could become endangered down the line due to the number of piercing wounds and the danger of blood loss and infection. The eagles can also be used to tear down a defensive structure.

Description Using the Aiel clan Hijutsu of Sand Manipulation the user of this jutsu will create an enormous wall of sand up to 20m tall and 70m long, that is presumably capable of protecting anything behind it from attack. It can also be used to separate persons from engaging each other. This jutsu can withstand the pressure of normal attacks and D ranked jutsu though anything higher will cause it to break, jutsu higher than B rank or higher will will do damage to anything close by the wall while C rank jutsu are completely stopped with the wall breaking down after stopping the jutsu. However, piercing damage of C rank can go through the wall and continue traveling without breaking down the wall leaving a hole the size of the jutsu. B rank or higher will continue traveling through the wall piercing it and crumbling the entire wall while moving as if there was no wall at all.

Description Using the Aiel clan Hijutsu of Sand Manipulation the user of this jutsu will practically turn their body to sand allowing them to move with more maneuverability. The user of this jutsu is basically just using a body flicker while covering themselves with sand so as to cover their movements and allow them to make moves that would usually not be afforded to them by suspending themselves within the localized sandstorm. While this jutsu is primarily used as a means of travel it has battle applications as well but suffers the same rules as the normal body flicker.

Description A rather simple yet powerful technique, the user surrounds themselves in sand, either in a shapeless mass of sand that is aimed to intercept incoming strikes or in a layered sphere of compressed sand whose durability is akin to stone. It is also capable of repairing surface damage by shifting the sand over a flaw in it's defense, making it an incredibly useful technique. There is one rather large flaw however, in that the user's visibility is completely null when inside the sphere of Sand.

Description Using the Aiel clan Hijutsu of Sand Manipulation the user of this jutsu will loosen the ground below their enemy and catch them in a maelstrom of sand. The swallowed enemy then sinks up to two hundred meters underground, while completely unable to move a muscle. After that, the sand glued onto their limbs applies pressure on their whole body, so they can't even twitch a finger. While uncomfortable those stuck are only in danger of suffocation not being crushed to death.

Description By using the ability of the Aiel to manipulate sand the user of this jutsu will kick up a a sand storm in the surrounding area, the Aiel can then use this technique to disappear from sight. Hiding in the sand making it so that only those with a Dojutsu or other methods to sense chakra would be able to find them. In the middle of a sandstorm this is even harder, as not only is the sand actively buffeting and obscuring vision, it also makes it harder to hear and to catch a scent.

Using the Aiel clan Hijutsu of Sand Manipulation the user of this jutsu will use sand as a medium to create a clone of themselves or others. Fully appearing as the original, it only reveals it's true nature upon assault, displaying the sand infused illusion. The clone's form can be changed instantly into sand, and the enemy's body can be trapped. Its many applications with long-range attacks can have it act as a lure and a decoy. If the clone's body is damaged in any way, the shifting sand-like properties reform the clone's original shape.
